RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Supervisor:
Project Execution & Coordination
- Assist in project planning, including timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Client & Vendor Management
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Work with vendors to ensure service and product quality meet project standards.
- Handle basic negotiations and assist in contract management.
Risk & Quality Control
- Identify potential project risks and report to the Project Manager for resolution.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
Team Support & Development
- Support junior team members and assist in training new Executives.
- Foster teamwork and a collaborative working environment.
Project Manager:
Project & Client Management
- Receive briefs from clients, analyze requirements, and develop suitable proposals.
- Develop overall project plans, including timeline, budget, personnel, and resources.
- Oversee and coordinate the entire implementation process, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, provide progress updates, and handle any arising requests.
Internal & External Coordination
- Collaborate with departments such as Art Design, Show & Visual, and Production & Technical for effective project execution.
- Work with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service/product quality.
- Manage risks and provide timely solutions during project execution.
Financial & Project Performance Management
- Manage project budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.
- Track the efficiency of each project, draw lessons, and suggest improvements for future projects.
Leadership & Team Development
- Guide, train, and support junior staff (Executive, Senior Executive, Supervisor).
- Foster teamwork, motivation, and a positive working environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the event industry, preferably in an Event Agency.
- Experience in managing large-scale event projects, working directly with clients, and coordinating multiple departments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under high pressure and handle situations quickly.
- Proficiency in English.
